1. How can I purchase DPD products?
  DPD products are sold through our network of dealers and distributors. DPD do not sell directly to end-users.
   
2. How can I distribute your products?

1. What operating systems is your software compatible with?

2. Why software cannot run after installation?
  Check compatibility of the software. Right click at the software desktop shortcut icon. Select properties. Then choose Compatibility. Select run in Window98/ME or Window95.
   
3. What should I do if get the pop-up error message of “unable to open com port”?
  This error occurs if:
i. com port is occupied by other software; or
ii. com port is not shut down properly.
Solution: Restart PC
   
4. Can I use third parties time attendance software to integrate with ELID Time Attendance Controller?
Yes. We have polling software that provide text file for third parties software.
