Editable Attendance
Attendance of employees which includes In/Out time and OT start/end time can be edited by the administrator. The record of the original and edited data as well as the edited date can be found in the Edited Attendance Report for audit purposes.
Data Import
Data Import allows users to import employee’s information and clocks data in text file (.txt) or excel file (.xls) to Chronos’s database for attendance reprocessing.
Data Export
Data Export allows attendance record, employee information and clocking data to be exported to the text file or excel file. The data exported out can be filtered by the department, employee and date.
User-definable
Company name and logo can be personalized. Each staff record includes a field for inserting his picture.
