This is a single-user Windows-based access management software with features similar to that of EsofPRO, an earlier DOS-based Access Management software. It has received wide acceptance since its introduction in 1995. It offers graphic display of site plans, with icons of various types representing the true status of doors. It also allows pictures of users to be put into the database. This software can be linked to OnTime Time Attendance Software to share a common database.
Site Plan Configuration
The floor plan may be imported and converted.
The controllers, sensors and output points can be placed right at the location needed.
Point and Click Operation
You can click any symbol (device) on the floor plan to issue command or change settings.
The symbol will change color and shape according to the status of the device.
Drag and Drop
You can Drag and Drop symbols representing devices to the proper locations on the floor plan of you choice.
The floor plan can thus serve as a Mimic Display.
Real Time Monitoring
Controller activities are retrieved and displayed immediately on the On-line Monitoring Screen.
Just double click the transaction to read the details.
Speed Button
Speed Buttons are shortcuts to the frequent use commands such as Acknowledge Alarm.

Easy photo insertion.
Flexible image sources: Scanner, Video Camera or File.
Latest Photo Display
Area Trace
Locate any card holder within the premises by just a few mouse clicks.
Print a list of card holders in selected areas.
Data Export
Export transaction file in ASCII to OnTime for Attendance Reports.
You may export transactions files in ASCII, dB or DBF formats.
System Access Rights
Different User Rights can be created for different system operators.
Disable any command by just a mouse click.
Alarm Monitoring Features
Event Driven Controls : Activate control points based on events generated from sensors or controllers.
Visual Alarm Controls : Symbols change color/shape on alarm. Click the symbol to issue command.
Alarm Processing
Alarm Handling: ACK-DISARM-ARM.
