EL3000 FingerFlex Controller |
EL3000 has been built around one of the latest solid-state capacitive technology to provide accurate fingerprint recognition without being affected by skin texture and condition (dryness or oiliness). Active array size of the sensor is 256 by 360 pixels, packed within the dimension of 18 by 12.8 mm, and at resolution 508dpi. Fabricated on a silicon chip, this Fingerflex feature reduced power consumption compared to optic-based sensors, with high durability for long-term application.
A 32-bit processor based on RISC architecture executes the recognition algorithm. Achieved verification time is no more than 1.0 seconds. Recognition accuracy is less than 0.5% for false rejection rate and less than 0.01% for false acceptance rate.

Fingerflex comes with three models:
EL3000E -EM Compatible proximity card reader |
EL3000H -HID proximity card reader |
EL3000M MIFARE contactless smart card reader |
EL3000M eliminates fingerprint template storage on controller, where 2-dimensional complete fingerprint image and personal information are stored in the Mifare smart cards. With this, finger presented to the scanner will be matched against template from the card. Only ELID Mifare Smart Card can communicate with Fingerflex reader to prevent any smart card from being granted access. YES! Card theft or database protection is no longer an issue and the number of users to the system application is scalable to your requirement.
Not only does the availability of Fingerflex models offer flexible access methods suited to your preference (card or card & finger verification), and required security, it can also be integrated either to a security control suite of software and/or to a clocking management system. You can have a one-stop access control and time management solution to meet your basic security and HR requirements. |
