1. How can I purchase Elid products?
  Elid products are sold through our network of dealers and distributors. Elid do not sell directly to end-users.
   
2. How can I distribute your products?
  Elid is actively looking for distributors in many parts of the world. Please go to Enquiry and fill up the Enquiry Form.

3. Where can I find a dealer in my area?

2. Why software cannot run after installation?
  Check compatibility of the software. Right click at the software desktop shortcut icon. Select properties. Then choose Compatibility. Select run in Window98/ME or Window95.
   
3. What should I do if get the pop-up error message of “unable to open com port”?
  This error occurs if:
i. com port is occupied by other software; or
ii. com port is not shut down properly.
Solution: Restart PC
   
4. Can I use third parties time attendance software to integrate with ELID Time Attendance Controller?
Yes. We have polling software that provide text file for third parties software.
