WINPRO
Access Management System


WINPro is a powerful, feature rich, scalable access control management software which supports up to 1024 doors. It is an extension from EsofWIN and E.WIN, developed around the robust SQL Database, that allows multi-user to access the system simultaneously. WINPro provides a simple migration tool for the existing E.WIN users who wish to upgrade the software from E.WIN to WINPro by retaining the card database, transactions, etc. Software upgrade can be done easily as it is programmed in the second generation of the EsofKey (E.Key).

 


   
   
 
Multi-User or Client/Server Architecture
WINPro permits several authorized users to log in into the system with full functions control at the same time by supporting multi-workstations.
   
Secured Data Storage
Every transaction logging and user information as well as system setting will be stored in the powerful Microsoft SQL database.
   
Multiple Polling Stations
It allows multiple polling stations as the system supports combination of standard and IP configuration. The nearest PC to the controllers can be set as a polling station and transactions send to main server through WAN. All data from different polling stations will be merged at the main server (SQL database).
   
Controller Support
WINPro is able to control up to 1024 doors depending on the software license purchased. It supports all standard ELID systems including door access controller, car park access controller and lift access controller
   
TCP/IP Support
WINPro supports IP controllers such as EL1330, EL2307, EL2800 and terminal server (eg: EL78) linked controllers. The entire security system can be managed over a TCP/IP network. It helps with cost savings on cabling and implementation time as well as enhances the security on network configuration.
   
Time Attendance Management

A powerful time attendance software (TimePro) is incorporated into WINPro – data derived from door transactions. Attendance is automatically checked and recorded alongside access rights by means of a single acknowledgement without the staff having to know that attendance is being recorded.

The transaction records will be processed and various reports such as employee’s attendance status  - Daily Attendance Details, Lateness Report, Overtime Report, etc. can be generated.
 
Behaviour Analysis
 

Behaviour Analysis is designed to spot an abnormal behaviour or activities by a glance. It provides data visualization of staff movement in the building.

Access Management

  Control access to a restricted area through the use of user ID cards/fingerprint at the granted areas, building or car park. Anti-passback feature means user who enters an access-controlled area with a user ID card/fingerprint has to exit with the same card/fingerprint – security level is enhanced, buddy punching minimized resulting in accuracy of records.

Real-Time Activity Monitoring
Real-time Transaction Monitoring is provided for viewing latest events in a premise. In a simple but effective manner, it provides dynamic icon screen display on imported floor plans by means of instant changes of icon shape/colour and setting off alarm buzzer to provide immediate alerts.

Graphical Interface
The floor plan is displayed clearly with the symbols representing devices to the proper locations on the floor plan of your choice. The real-time device status reflection on each floor plan and tree view menu bar simplifies system maintenance.

Audit Trail Report
Audit trail report, “who, when, and what events/actions” for every log-in, can be generated from WINPro for frequent or periodical audits.

Transaction Report
WINPro provides a comprehensive transaction report with filtering function in accordance to an administrator’s request.

Access Rights
Access rights are assigned (based on User ID & Password) to certain software functions, in order to limit an administrator’s system uses and controls, reducing chances of unauthorized changes, hence maximizing data integrity

Data Import/Export
Card database can be imported from text file. Attendance records or transaction records can be exported into text/Excel format which can be used for integration with third party software.

  Optional Software Module
Web-based Clients
WINPro provides a built-in tiny web server enabling the WINPro information to be accessed through standard web browsers such as Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera, Safari or Chrome. Several authorized users are allowed to view with ease WINPro reports and transactions simultaneously through standard web browsers anywhere and at anytime.

Lift Access Management
WINPro WINPro provides floor accessibility setting which allows ease of control of access rights of cardholder to a particular floor level.

Modem Support
The Modem communication module supports Hayes compatible dial-up and leased line modems. In dial-up mode, transactions from the controllers at remote sites are polled automatically based on predefined periods.
