EED is structured with a team of Project Engineers and technical personnel to oversee project installations and implementation of an ELID system. We provide cabling, installation, testing and commissioning works for project implementation. At least one qualified Project Engineer is allocated for each job. Our Project Engineer is tasked to provide a detailed schedule complete with milestones and training plan per project basis. |

Our optimal goal is to ensure the project unfolds as planned, without any implementation hindrances or problem corrections. We shall also manage the entire subcontractors on the job to ensure deadlines are adhered to and quality of their work adequately monitored in accordance to client’s specifications. EED provides comprehensive training courses to ensure our clients achieve the optimum benefit of the system’s features and maximum efficiency from system operators. Training classes available include from system administrator to end-user application. |

We conduct hands-on training sessions at site, guide system operators through step-by-step exercises in data entry, access control configuration, alarm monitoring and report generation. These training sessions emphasize on configuring system operation specific to individual needs. |

ELID products have a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and during this period, EED also provide 12-month free maintenance and preventive service on new installation. This is to ensure that the system is in optimal working condition at all times. |

The performance of ELID’s system depends not only on the quality of the product but the support of its maintenance program. In addition to project management and technical support, we also offers regular inspection and maintenance programs to ensure reliable operation of your system. For any equipment to perform at maximum efficiency, particularly in an emergency, it must be meticulously and regularly serviced and tested. |

| EED has the expertise that is required to maintain all types of essential equipment in these systems. A range of maintenance service schemes is available to cater to the differing needs and budget of our clients. More importantly, we have a complete range of replacement parts, the benefit of leading edge technology and various maintenance packages** to service these systems. Our maintenance agreement offers amongst other things free software upgrades, quarterly preventive services and unlimited service calls. |
