ARA Q-Visit is an optional software module for the WinPro 2 access management system. It offers online visitor registration and provides access rights to registered visitors according to their purpose of visit. |
Features
Pre-registration Online
- Hosts can pre-register one or more visitors via a cloud-based web portal or smartphone application from anywhere, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Access Control Integration
- ARA Q-Visit is integrated with WinPro 2’s access management system. Visitors may visit predetermined areas with a dedicated QR code, without the need of a physical access card. The QR Code will expire and become invalid after a user-defined duration.
Visitor Database

ARA Q-Visit replaces the manual visitor log. Administrators are able to access the entire visitor database whereas the host is able to access a list of their own visitors.
