	On-line monitoring highlights the immediate display of transactions received from the time clock, for example, when an employee badges on the time clock, the informationwill automatically be displayed in the system.

	Data Import
	Data Import allows users to import employee’s information and clocks data in text file (.txt) or excel file (.xls) to Chronos’s database for attendance reprocessing.

	Data Export
	Data Export allows attendance record, employee information and clocking data to be exported to the text file or excel file. The data exported out can be filtered by the department, employee and date.

	User-definable
	Company name and logo can be personalized. Each staff record includes a field for inserting his picture.
